Our step-by-step guide to renting a property.

Property Search
Use our property search to find properties that you’re looking for or contact us with your requirements.
Property Viewings
Let us know what dates/times you’re able to visit and we’ll arrange the appropriate property viewings for you.
Submitting an offer
If you are interested in one of the properties you’ve seen, simply submit your information and one of our agents will be in touch confirming acceptance of your offer.
Accepting an offer

We’ll provide a breakdown of costs and fees, and proceed with the final checks. At this stage you will be required to pay a non-refundable holding deposit, which will be deducted from the deposit/rent due when you move in to your new property.

Referencing
We make the referencing process as easy as possible for you. We’ll ask for all necessary information, including a copy of your passport/identity card and/or your UK visa (when necessary) – we’re required by the “Right to rent” compliance to conduct these checks.
Tenancy Agreement
We’ll draft a tenancy agreement which will be provided to you and the landlord electronically. You can sign this online without any paperwork or hassle.
Deposits & Rent
Once the tenancy agreement has been signed, we will require you to make full payment of deposit, and the first month’s rent. We use the Deposit Protection Scheme so rest assured that your deposit is safe with us.
Inventory & Move In
We will ensure your property is ready for you to move in, an inventory check-in and move in time will be scheduled. Get packing and enjoy your new property!

NowProperty is registered with the Property Ombudsman and complies with the “Code of Practice for Residential Lettings Agents“, assuring that we can deliver to the highest possible standard. All managed property security deposits are held in a DPS custodial scheme, offering peace of mind for all parties.
